What's this about Yelp
We choose not to respond or engage with Yelp. The business model of the company, in our opinion, is criminal. They want us to pay money to be a "premium" member. Because we will not do that, they only show our bad reviews, and basically hide our good reviews. Dont believe us? Google it. Combine that with the societal desire to go there to complain and leave a 1 star for even the slightest dissatisfaction against a business, and in our opinion its a troublesome collection of nothing but complaints from mostly people who didnt even buy a car from us. Yelp has been a thorn at our side for more than 15 years, and guess what? We are still here. We still have 4.0+ star reviews on pretty much EVERY SINGLE other review website, so our 3.x star reviews on Yelp are probably as good as its going to get for us there. Please research yelp, the practices mentioned here, and then determine if you want to support such a company. We have not, and will not, ever pay for Yelp "premium". If you are a lover of Yelp despite all this, we are probably not the place for you to buy a car.
