What does mechanics special or needs TLC mean?
It means the car has issues/problems. It most likely doesnt pass smog, it most likely is missing parts, it most likely needs to be towed away. These cars are not for regular people. They are for mechanics/collectors/junkers etc that know what they are doing. Many times the engines or transmissions in the cars are worth more money than the car itself. We dont have the time to part out the cars, so we just fire-sale them for below $2200 to get them out.
