Can you send me a purchase order for my CU to review?

Yes and no. Your bank should be able to review all of the information listed in the ad and give you a ballpark figure of whether they will do the deal or not. For example if they only finance cars that are newer than 15 years, then generating a PO is not necessary to arrive at this conclusion.

So you need to have a discussion with your bank regarding the maximum age, miles, loan to value, your required down payment, and then if you want us to issue a purchase order, that would come at a cost to you of $85, and yes this happens before you see the car in person.

In almost 20 years of doing this, we can only think of one bank that would not provide this information without the need for a full-on purchase contract, Downey FCU. Their process was handled so poorly by their bank representative, this article was created at the request of THEIR member to inform others as to why we won't work with them.
