Why cant I talk to a live person?

We are an internet based dealership, and we use the latest available tools to gain efficiency. Did you know that 90% of people who text/email do not buy a car? That means we spend (used to spend...) HUNDREDS of hours per month just responding to questions like "is it available" or "when can I come". Our apologies, we just don't have the resources anymore to handle these messages. We have a REALLY detailed website with tons and tons of information, including this knowledge base, which answers 99% of typical questions. Between the 30+ pictures of every car, a detailed description, and the information available here, we feel there is enough data for you to decide if you want to proceed to make an appointment to visit us in person. 

 

 

Ergo, a live person will only be engaged once you make an appointment and go through our initial process of filtering out the aforementioned 90% of folks.
